Service Options:

1. A complete turnkey audit. This approach minimizes commitment from your staff. After jointly scoping and planning the project, MTG performs evidence collection, analysis and produces the draft report. Then production of the final report and exit meeting are performed jointly.
   

2. A remote co-source in which we co-lead the project with one of your staff. This approach maximizes your staff's involvement for the purposes of knowledge transfer and savings. Our specialist works closely with your staff to scope and plan the audit. Your staff takes the lead in holding interviews and collecting evidence according to detailed checklists provided by MTG. Your staff performs the initial review of the evidence and takes a first pass at identifying issues. Our specialist takes the evidence, interview notes and initial findings by your staff and performs a detailed review as the subject matter expert. Revised and additional finds are reviewed jointly. Your staff performs follow up evidence collection and interviews until a draft report can be produced. Our specialist reviews the draft report and remains involved through the exit meeting. As you can see, your staff gains valuable knowledge, experience and confidence while performing the field work and with our specialist as co-lead and mentor. At the same time you save money and ensure the success and ROI of the project.
   

3. You retain a few hours of consulting time so as to have ready access to Randy Franklin Smith’s subject matter expertise as your staff plans, scopes and executes the audit.
